Geoffrey has been invited as guest conductor for the Canberra Symphony Orchestra and Darwin Symphony Orchestra and has collaborated with artists including Simon Gleeson, Andréa Burns, Joshua Henry, Marika Aubrey, Toni Lamond, Hayden Tee, Avigail Herman, Rob Mills, Margi De Ferranti, Wayne Scott Kermond, Katrina Retallick, Trevor Ashley, Lucy Durack, Virginia Gay, David Campbell, Annie Aitken, Lea Salonga and Hans Zimmer. He has musically directed and arranged for numerous corporate events and concerts and given his time to charity events including Light The Night, Twisted Broadway, Hats Off, World AIDS Day and The Rob Guest Endowment. Geoffrey has also written arrangements for events including Carols By Candlelight and The Helpmann Awards. Geoffrey was the Musical Director for The Annual Sydney Cabaret Showcase in 2005, 2007 and 2009.
Geoffrey held the position of Assistant Conductor with the Sydney Conservatorium Choir for their concerts of Orff’s Carmina Burana and Haydn’s The Creation. Geoffrey is passionate about education and has facilitated numerous masterclasses and panels. He has been employed by VCA, NIDA and the NSW Department of Education (The Arts Unit) and is in demand as a vocal coach. Geoffrey’s television and radio work includes recordings for ABC National Radio, appearances on Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Sunrise and The Morning Show, and a member of the Australian Idol choir for two Grand Finals. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Music (Performance/Music Education) from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, an AMusA in piano from the AMEB and was awarded the 2002 Young Citizen of the Year for Willoughby City Council.
